As President of the Daemen University Comic Club in its founding year, I set the objective for the club to produce a comic zine. Once all submissions were compiled, I went on to design a cover to tie the finished issue together. Taking notes from the dark and themes of the comics themselves and Daemen's mascot, the wildcat, I arrived at this solution. The design plays with warped text and visual noise to create an ominous cover image.
